Klarna Checkout-A simple, flexible and secure way for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best.
An advantage with Klarna Checkout is that it distinguishes between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or by card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.
Klarna Direkt-You can pay the purchase directly by confirming with Mobile BankID. The Money is automatically deducted from the bank account you have connected to the Klarna website. The Money will be deducted 1-2 business days after your parcel has been sent.
All orders are shipped with DB donor privpak.
On orders under 2000KR, shipping cost is 70kr.
The Delivery time for goods in stock (our warehouse is located in Jönköping) is about 1-3 working days within Sweden’s borders.
You can request for refund under fourteen (14) days from the day we received your order.
After you notify us that you wish to return an item, the product must be sent to us within 14 days.
If product or packaging is not same condition as when we sent them, the return will not be approved, or a price reduction will be made. Note! In cases where the product is not returned in new condition, We can make a price reduction of up to 100 of the value of the product.
(Changing the price deduction at the right of withdrawal may change as the legislation has received ready-made guidelines for calculating the depreciation).

Returning an item is possible if:
-It has not been more than 14 days from the time you picked up the package at the collection point.
-The Original Packaging remains intact.
-The Product is not used (to try fit on e.g. a helmet is obviously OK).
-The Product is not damaged
-The Product is not modified by the customer, e.g. Lacquered or mounted auxiliary equipment
-The Product is complete
If not all items above are met, the return will not be approved or a price reduction will be made.

Before returning a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify the reason you wish to make a return. Once The return case is approved by us, we will send you a return form that is used to return the goods to us.
ALL returns must be sent with the Same packaging the product was delivered with. If the return Is approved we will refund the money to the specified account.
In Order to claim that the product is faulty (ang. Transport damage, see below), the customer must complain to Karlssons Hjälmar AB within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Karlssons Hjälmar AB rectifies the fault at its own expense if it can be done without unreasonable expense or inconvenience to Karlssons Hjälmar AB. Otherwise, refer to the consumer law provisions.
Transport damage shall be reported on the day of arrival of the delivery to Db Schenket and to Karlssons Hjälmar AB via e-mail email@example.com.
