PAYMENT

Klarna Checkout – Payment with invoice or card.
PAYPAL – Payment by paypal account or card.
STRIPE – Payment by all creditcards on market

DELIVERY

We send worldwide with UPS and DHL.
Shipping cost is 16 euro for all orders under 200 euro.
Free shipping for all orders over 200 euro.

CHANGES

Changes are free of cost.
Just contact us at info@karlssonshjalmar.se and we arrange the change by send a new product and return label.

REFUND POLICY/COMPLAINT

You can request for refund under fourteen (14) days from the day we received your order.
After you notify us that you wish to return an item, the product must be sent to us within 14 days.
If product or packaging is not same condition as when we sent them, the return will not be approved, or a price reduction will be made. Note! In cases where the product is not returned in new condition, We can make a price reduction of up to 100 of the value of the product.
(Changing the price deduction at the right of withdrawal may change as the legislation has received ready-made guidelines for calculating the depreciation).
Guarantees

RETURN

You have the right to send us back the goods 14 days after you recieved the package.
Use same box that we delivered with.

If withdrawal customer pay the freight back to us and get full refund the purchased goods and freight payed to us.
